Orders over $300: Enjoy free shipping.

Orders under $300: Standard tracked shipping via Australia Post (7-10 days) at a cost of $20.

All orders: Express Post option available (3-7 days) for $30.

International Shipping:

For all orders under 2kg: Standard tracked international shipping via Australia Post, ranging from $40 to $50.

Maquelle offers easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for purchases from www.maquelle.com.au. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. For returns, contact Maquelle for approval and a Return Number. Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit, while sale or promotional items are eligible for store credit only. Customers cover return shipping costs. International returns are also at the customer's expense, and Maquelle doesn't refund duties, taxes, or original shipping fees.
